Atuule Marketing Agency Limited: Terms of Service

Welcome to Atuule. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Atuule platform, website, WhatsApp Cloud API number, Telegram bot/mini-app, and related services operated by Atuule Marketing Agency Limited ("Atuule", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing our platform, or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Platform description

Atuule is a single-merchant marketplace serving Zambia. Atuule is the customer-facing Seller of Record on every order; vetted Suppliers act as backend inventory and fulfilment partners. Orders are paid to Atuule in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW). Customer support is delivered through the website, WhatsApp Cloud API, Telegram, and the Njavwa AI assistant.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

All prices are displayed in ZMW and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Atuule reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

5. Delivery & fulfilment

Delivery is fulfilled by Atuule Dispatch or approved third-party logistics partners. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

6. Returns & refunds

Eligible returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our published returns policy and Zambian consumer-protection law.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to bypass payment or security mechanisms, harass other users, or upload unlawful content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atuule is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
