Last Updated: May 25, 2026
Atuule Marketing Agency Limited ("Atuule", "we", "us") operates the Atuule platform at atuule.com, the Atuule WhatsApp Cloud API number, the Atuule Telegram bot and mini-app, and the Njavwa AI assistant. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and your rights as a data subject under Zambian law and applicable international standards.
1. Information we collect
Account information (name, email, phone, password hash); transaction information (orders, payments, payouts, delivery addresses); messaging metadata exchanged with our WhatsApp Cloud API number, Telegram bot, and in-app chat; device, browser, and IP information; and consent records for marketing and notifications.
2. How we use your information
To operate the platform, process orders, deliver customer support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and — only with your consent — send marketing communications. We never sell personal data.
3. WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta) data
When you message our WhatsApp Cloud API number, Meta Platforms, Inc. processes the message in transit. Atuule receives and stores the message content, your WhatsApp phone number, and message metadata to respond to your enquiry, fulfil orders, and provide customer support. You may request deletion at any time — see Section 8.
4. Telegram bot & mini-app data
When you interact with our Telegram bot or mini-app, we receive your Telegram user ID, username (if set), and conversation content. We use these to authenticate you, fulfil requests, and operate the Njavwa AI assistant.
5. Njavwa AI assistant
Njavwa is Atuule's AI assistant. Messages you send to Njavwa may be processed by third-party AI providers (e.g. Google Gemini, OpenAI) strictly to generate responses. We do not allow these providers to use your data to train their models.
6. Data sharing
We share data only with: vetted Suppliers and logistics partners necessary to fulfil your order; payment processors and banks; regulators and law enforcement when legally required; and infrastructure providers (hosting, email, SMS, AI) under data-processing agreements.
7. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for up to seven years afterwards for legal, accounting, tax, and anti-fraud purposes, in line with Zambian law.
8. Your rights & data deletion
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. For deletion, follow the instructions at https://atuule.com/data-deletion or email privacy@atuule.com.
